January Week #1 menu

Ryan and I are trying to eat healthier in the New Year so I am trying some recipes from the "Body for Life" cookbook.

Sunday - Teriyaki Chicken with baked Brown rice and steamed carrots

Monday - Chicken Tacos

Tuesday - German meatballs with brown rice

Wednesday - Hawaiian chicken w/rice

Thursday - Chuck roast with potatoes and carrots and wheat rolls

Friday - BIRTHDAY DINNER!!!!! It's no cruise, but it will do

Saturday - Beef wraps

Sunday - Melanie's turn to cook. She is making me a cake she said I could blog about her dinner. I told her there was no pressure it just needs to be GREAT!
